BRING
INTERGENERATIONAL ENGAGEMENT
TO YOUR ORGANIZATION

For the first time in history, there are five generations active in the economy. Understanding your own generational preferences and values is the first step to true Intergenerational Engagement. Once you become self-aware, you can learn how the strengths of your intergenerational counterparts can launch your organization into the future.

Dillon Kalkhurst and The Center For Intergenerational Engagement offers a variety of options to help build Intergenerational Engagement throughout your organization.
